Cascade Brewery Co beer tasting notes for their new look stable of craft beers. Relaunching in 2013 the iconic 189 year old Tasmanian brewery took a more boutique approach in an effort to remain competitive in the ever-growing market of craft beers and entice more ‘mainland’ craft beer drinkers. To compliment the revamped brown glass bottles the tasting notes consisted of 12 double-sided Postcard kits, each featuring comments on the beer style, aroma and taste with food matching suggestions.
