Letterpress invitations for the 2014 Penfolds recorking clinic held at Sydney’s Shangri-La Hotel.
The recorking clinic, an annual service endorsed by leading auction houses, offers owners of Penfolds wines 15 years or older the opportunity to have them assessed by a winemaker. This process typically involves a Penfolds winemaker visually assessing each bottle and if necessary opening, tasting, topping up with the current vintage (currently 2009) and recorking.
