When TikTok reignited the age-old ice facial hack, FACE DUNK’s founders saw an opportunity. No more DIY salad bowls and frozen water bottles—just a smarter, sleeker way to chill. After 18 months of research and expert consultation, they developed an at-home ice facial engineered for comfort and maximum skincare benefits. The result? A first-of-its-kind system designed to refresh, tighten, and brighten—without the mess.

BRAND STRATEGY AND IDENTITY DESIGN

Our approach to brand strategy was clear: take a viral trend and make it iconic. The challenge? Position FACE DUNK as a must-have luxury skincare experience while steering consumers away from makeshift, budget alternatives. The solution? A disruptive identity, backed by science, designed for instant recognition.

We introduced first-to-market water-activated serums—hydration boosters packed with microbiome-supporting ingredients to amplify each ice facial. These innovative formulas gave FACE DUNK an undeniable edge, setting it apart in the competitive beauty space while reinforcing its skin-nourishing benefits.

BRAND IDENTITY & DIGITAL EXPERIENCE

Visually, the FACE DUNK brand is as bold as its name. The stacked logo—where ‘DUNK’ appears submerged in a striking blue block—creates instant product association, while the clean, minimalist aesthetic delivers a premium feel. Every touchpoint, from packaging to digital, balances simplicity with impact.

On the website, we kept it cool—literally. The UX is sleek and mobile-first, featuring bold typography, smooth navigation, and expandable accordion content blocks for an intuitive, no-scroll-fatigue experience. Designed to resonate with Gen Z, the site delivers just the right mix of minimalism and interactivity to keep users engaged.
