Palermo

Project

Named after the largest, most vibrant and Italian influenced barrio in Buenos Aires, Palermo is positioned as the sassy younger sister to celebrated CBD steakhouse, San Telmo. Continuing The San Telmo Group’s Argentine parilla grill theme, Palermo’s showpiece is undoubtedly the blistering embers of its rustic red brick asado fire pit.

“Along with the open fire pit and parilla grill, Palermo pays tribute to the important influence Spanish and Italian cultures have had on Argentinian cuisine. Think of it as a modern spin on 500 years of culinary history.” head chef, Ollie Gould (ex Stokehouse).
