Shopify website and POS integration

We migrated Lightfoot Wines to Shopify e-commerce, integrating Shopify POS at their Cellar Door to unify transactions across all sales channels. The result? A frictionless experience whether customers were sipping in Gippsland or ordering from their couch.

The online store was designed with conversion in mind. We refined the UX, elevating product displays and sales funnels to make wine selection effortless. A detailed wine characteristics table, complete with tasting notes from Viticulturist and Winemaker Tom Lightfoot, brought a personal touch to online shopping—offering insights once exclusive to in-person tastings.

On the distribution side, we implemented an advanced shipping system that unlocked national delivery opportunities. By optimising logistics, we levelled previously prohibitive interstate shipping costs, making Lightfoot’s wines more accessible than ever.

With a growing customer base, Lightfoot Wines needed smarter automation. We introduced subscription services for effortless reordering, ensuring customers never ran dry. Their digital marketing also got an upgrade, with Klaviyo email automation handling segmentation, saved cart reminders, restock alerts, and seasonally-timed prompts—personalised touchpoints designed for wine lovers with busy lives.
