My favourite, tasty, vitamin packed little monster:

* 1 – 2 handfuls of baby spinach
* 1/2 cucumber
* 1 pear or apple
* 1/2 – 1 banana. (avoid if want less thick, double if you want it creamier)
* 1/4 – 1/2 an avocado
* 1 cup of cold water (add more or less for desired consistency)
* Spoonful of green powder (give or take)
* Handful of ice
