Following their expansion into larger scale commercial retail, poultry specialists, Domenico The Poulterer required a full rebrand to reflect the new company direction. Previously owned for over 13 years, their new Stocklands Shopping Centre store was long overdue for an update, and aside from the refresh, the full store refit provided an introduction for the new owners to the established customer base. Targeted at a broad demographic The Poulterer branding needed to be confident and reassuring for loyal older customers while signalling to younger customers that the store was fresh, modern and progressive, with gourmet chef prepared produce. The final brand elements included a neutral palette of white distressed brickwork and pine panelling contrasted with a black hand-worked logo and 2.5m high ‘roaming rooster‘ graphic.
