The Poulterer

Project

Following the acquisition of a larger scale business in a more dynamic retail environment, poultry specialists Domenico The Poulterer required a full rebrand to align with the new company vision. Previously owned for over 13 years, their new Stocklands Shopping Centre store was overdue for an update. As well as giving the store a much needed refresh, the full refit offered an opportunity to introduce the new owners to an established customer base.

The Poulterer Doncaster - Branding and Store Refit

Targeting at a broad demographic The Poulterer rebrand needed to be confident and reassuring for loyal older customers while signalling to younger customers that the store was fresh, modern and progressive, with gourmet chef prepared produce.

The final brand elements included a neutral palette of white distressed brickwork and pine panelling contrasted with a black hand-lettering logo and 2.5m high ‘roaming rooster‘ graphic for a side feature wall.
