LUXURY WOMENS SLEEPWEAR

Wanderluxe Sleepwear, an Australian brand known for beautifully tailored luxury sleepwear, needed more than just a website facelift. Their existing WordPress site was clunky, frustrating to navigate, and riddled with user-experience roadblocks. A Shopify migration was step one, but the real work lay in refining the shopping experience, enhancing product discovery, and fixing an underperforming personalisation feature that was losing customers mid-journey.

Beyond UX challenges, this project was about distilling Wanderluxe’s luxury-at-home ethos into a seamless digital experience. More than just pyjamas, their collections reflect a lifestyle of refined relaxation. From crisp blazer boxer sets to breezy robes, every design speaks to craftsmanship and comfort. Our role? To translate that vision into a seamless, sophisticated digital presence where every interaction feels as refined as the garments themselves.

EFFORTLESS PERSONALISATION

Luxury should feel intuitive. Wanderluxe’s personalisation tool was originally a usability nightmare—excessive scrolling, unclear selections, and abandoned carts at every turn. We streamlined the process, designing a sleek, step-by-step interface where users could customise tops, sleeves, and bottoms in just a few clicks. Real-time pricing updates, a visible add-to-cart button, and smart colour filtering eliminated confusion, making the experience as seamless as slipping into their silk-blend sleepwear.

REFINED UX & VISUAL COHESION

A luxury sleepwear brand deserves an equally elevated digital presence. Our redesign embraced clean lines, strategic negative space, and a refined visual hierarchy that let the products shine. We restructured site-wide image formatting to ensure matching sets displayed cohesively, making it easier for customers to shop complete looks. To connect the digital and physical shopping experience, we showcased Wanderluxe’s Armadale boutique and optimised email marketing by transitioning from Mailchimp to Klaviyo—unlocking advanced segmentation for highly personalised customer engagement.

Luxury e-commerce isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about efficiency. Beyond the front-end, we conducted a deep dive into Wanderluxe’s inventory and logistics systems, pinpointing inefficiencies that impacted fulfilment and customer experience. Our recommendations provided a strategic roadmap to streamline stock management, reduce cart abandonment, and support business growth with smarter operational workflows.
